Integra Solutions, Donnell Systems partner to streamline mortgage servicer account oversight

Integra Solutions and Donnell Systems have integrated Donnell’s OCIE data extraction platform with Integra RECON to automate account reconciliations for mortgage servicers, a moved aimed at improving visibility into servicing cash at the loan level, the companies announced Wednesday. Under the collaboration, OCIE (Online Computer Information Exchange) extracts and validates reports from a servicer’s core system and delivers them directly into Integra RECON, where they trigger automated workflows to process the data and perform reconciliations of custodial, clearing and general ledger accounts, according to the announcement. The connected workflow is designed to reduce manual report preparation and spreadsheet-driven processes, a persistent pain point for servicers that rely on multiple data sources and legacy reporting formats to track cash movements, escrow balances and remittances.
