Aussie music legend Daniel John has launched a mass sell-off of his sizeable real estate portfolio, leading to speculation as to why and what he has planned next. The former Silverchair frontman, who has evolved into a highly successful solo artist in his own right, sensibly ploughed the millions he made from selling records into a number of homes up and down Australia’s east coast – worth as much as $20m It has meant unlike other musos, he hasn’t blown the cash he earned from selling records but instead has set up a comfortable future for himself.
