Nixon and Mr Jacks, a builder and property developer, sold their Victorian-era home earlier this year with records showing the deal was finalised in June.
In 2013, Nixon purchased the abode for $4.6m, meaning the $9.1 sale resulted in a seven-figure profit for the couple minus any renovation costs.
And it was just two years earlier that Nixon sold a Middle Park terrace for $2.35m.
The renovated Brighton property features a leafy garden with established trees, a solar-heated pool, poolside gym and sauna, and barbecue.
