Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has elevated two longtime leaders into newly defined executive roles as the Pittsburgh-based brokerage continues to expand across its national footprint. The company named Leah Gibbons chief of staff, working alongside CEO Hoby Hanna and the executive team, and appointed Phyllis Brookshire senior vice president of operations, the company announced on Monday. Both positions are designed to tighten the link between enterprise strategy and execution in the field as Howard Hanna integrates acquisitions and scales systems across 18 states and more than 500 offices. New chief of staff role Gibbons will focus on strategic planning, executive alignment, organizational effectiveness and key company initiatives, serving as a strategic partner to Hanna and senior leadership. Her new role builds on 33 years with Howard Hanna across brokerage operations and marketing. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
