Today, she is fighting for her life after being handed a terminal cancer diagnosis. The 46-year-old’s world collapsed in a matter of days after what started as minor bloating escalated into excruciating stomach pain. She was rushed to hospital by ambulance on Monday night. By Friday, she had been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of inoperable ovarian cancer. “It came as quite a shock to go from nothing to Stage 4. It is actually next-level how fast this has all moved,” Ms Rogers, of Benowa, said.
