Dual Tigers premiership player Kamdyn McIntosh has swapped footy boots for work boots since retiring from the game 12 months ago. Noting that “it is hard out there in the real world” he’s also revealed the very Melbourne “little win” he’s built into every day to help him and those he’s working with.
