Retired NRL legend Mitchell Pearce is selling another of his Lower North Shore investment properties. Pearce, who has embraced a dramatically different life since hanging up the boots, has listed a Cremorne apartment as he continues family life in Perpignan, a southern French city near the Mediterranean coast and the border with Spain. It is where he is coaching with the Les Catalans Dragons, currently sitting eighth on the Super League ladder. He paid $681,000 for the 115sq m top-floor apartment in a 1960s block. It is being offered with a tenant in place, paying $850 a week through to October.
