FT. MITCHELL, Ky. — Pamela Rader, vice president of human resources at Drees Homes, has been selected to join class 50 of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s Leadership Cincinnati executive program, the company announced. Leadership Cincinnati is the chamber’s flagship executive leadership initiative, designed for senior leaders across the Greater Cincinnati region. The chamber on Aug. 24 released the roster for class 50, which includes executives from large private employers, health systems, economic development groups, educational institutions, law firms and nonprofits. Over the next year, participants will take part in a series of immersive sessions focused on the region’s biggest opportunities and challenges, including economic growth, workforce and talent pipelines, housing and community development. The program emphasizes cross-sector collaboration and relationship-building among decision-makers who influence local policy and investment.
