CoStar names Felix Kusch president of Homes.com

CoStar Group has named European real estate portal executive Felix Kusch president of Homes.com as the company pushes to make the site the top residential real estate platform in the U.S., the company announced on Monday. Kusch joins the Arlington, Virginia-based firm from Europe, where he most recently served as CEO of Immoweb, the top real estate portal in Belgium, and Immowelt, the second-largest portal in Germany.
