Constellation1 brings HouseValues to Top Producer CRM

Constellation1 has announced HouseValues for Top Producer, bringing its exclusive seller lead product directly into the Top Producer CRM. The integration follows the May launch of an expanded HouseValues and builds on Constellation1’s seller lead capabilities across its real estate technology portfolio. Rather than functioning as a separate lead feed, HouseValues leads will be delivered directly into Top Producer contact records, allowing agents to manage leads, follow-up activity and homeowner engagement within their existing CRM. At the center of the integration is the HouseValues Equity Report, an agent-branded financial snapshot that homeowners receive when they sign up and continue to receive monthly. Data allows homeowners to track their home’s value and equity, explore mortgage and refinance scenarios and communicate directly with their agent. Homeowner activity, including report views, value adjustments and questions, is sent back to the corresponding Top Producer contact record as a signal of potential selling intent.
