Portelli spent $12.4m on three Charming St homes during the Hampton East season, including the record-breaking $5m purchase that delivered Steph and Gian the biggest win in Block history.

The property has been brought to market just as the promotional campaign for Portelli’s new renovation series My Reno Rules was revealed on Thursday night.

Whitefox Bayside director Lana Samuels said representing the home carried its own full-circle moment for the agency, because the Hampton East season was also director Marty Fox’s first season as a judge on the program.

“I’m very proud to represent this one,” Ms Samuels said.

“Because Marty was a judge on that season, and that was his first season on air.”

The upstairs retreat area forms part of the five bedroom layout designed for family living.

Ms Samuels said the Portelli connection would draw attention to the campaign.

“Adrian has a huge brand,” she said.

The renovated residence centres on light filled open plan living anchored by a gas fireplace and a sculptural kitchen featuring a curved island bench, premium appliances and a fully equipped butler’s pantry.

A plunge pool with rain shower anchors the resort style outdoor entertaining area.

The property at 14 Charming St, Hampton East also includes a resort style outdoor entertaining zone with barbecue and pizza oven, a sun deck and a plunge pool with rain shower surrounded by landscaped gardens.

One standout feature is a dedicated wellness studio and retreat space separate from the main dwelling.

Ms Samuels said the flexible zone was likely to resonate strongly with buyers.

Landscaped gardens frame the outdoor entertaining zones designed for year round use.

“The wellness studio and pilates retreat really stopped me in my tracks,” she said.

“Health and wellness zones are attracting huge attention from buyers at the moment, and this space is beautifully calming and flexible.”

The detached studio can be used as guest accommodation, a teenager’s retreat or a home office space.

The renovation completed during the television season focused on indoor-outdoor living, with entertaining zones designed to flow directly from the main living areas.

One of the bedrooms features calming green tones and built in storage.

The kitchen also includes a butler’s pantry and high end appliances designed for entertaining.

The alfresco area includes a built-in barbecue, pizza oven and outdoor dining space, while landscaped garden areas surround the plunge pool and sun deck.

Expressions of interest for the property close on March 31 unless sold prior.
