Baird & Warner launches AI social media assistant

Baird & Warner has launched a customized social media marketing assistant for its agents through an exclusive agreement with Rejig.AI in the Chicagoland market.

The artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform was rolled out companywide on Tuesday under a one-year exclusive agreement, according to Baird & Warner leaders.

The tool is designed to create, manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms — with an enhanced integration with Midwest Real Estate Data MLS to incorporate listing and market data.

“Social media is one of the most powerful ways our agents stay connected to their current clients, past clients and communities, but it is also one of the most time-consuming and repetitive parts of the real estate business,” Dean Rouso, senior vice president of strategic initiatives at Baird & Warner, said in a statement.

“Our exclusive partnership with Rejig.AI responds to what we were hearing from Baird & Warner agents – requests to make social media more efficient but remain highly personalized and optimized specifically for the Chicagoland market.”

Agents can upload photos, videos and links or allow the system to suggest content by scanning local news, pulling market statistics from Local Logic and sourcing data from the multiple listing service — including new listings, listings under contract and price changes.

During onboarding, agents provide materials such as headshots, logos and target neighborhoods. A Rejig specialist completes setup and provides a tutorial.

The company said the system adapts to agent preferences over time as users create and refine content.

Agents can prompt the platform to create graphics for open houses and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business and YouTube. The system can generate carousel posts, videos and reels, and it allows agents to either schedule content manually or automate it.

It also provides monthly performance reports and weekly content previews via text message.

An optional voice cloning feature allows agents to record a sample of their voice, which can then be used to generate narrated posts and videos.

Early beta testing among agents produced positive feedback, Rouso said.

“The response from our agents has been overwhelmingly positive,” he said. “Agents appreciate how the tool gives them control over their brand while eliminating the manual steps that make social media marketing so time intensive. Rejig can save agents hours each week on content creation and marketing — serving as a far more affordable alternative to hiring designers, videographers and dedicated social media managers.

“It keeps agents top-of-mind with a consistent online presence while allowing them to focus more on their business and their clients, especially when they are in the middle of juggling multiple transactions.”
