Zillow Preview listings will begin appearing on RealScout’s agent-to-client co-shopping platform later this year, extending pre-MLS exposure to more than 100,000 agents and their buyers across hundreds of U.S. markets, the companies announced on Tuesday. The integration means sellers who opt into Zillow Preview will have their pre-market listings displayed not only on Zillow and Trulia — and soon Realtor.com — but also inside RealScout. RealScout’s platform is used by agents as an extension of their MLS search, allowing consumers to browse and save homes while keeping their existing representation. With the new connection, eligible Zillow Preview listings will appear in the same shared interface, clearly labeled as previews. “More exposure creates more opportunity for sellers, and agents should be able to show their buyers the full picture of what’s available. By bringing Zillow Preview listings into RealScout, we’re extending that transparency into an environment where agents and buyers are already working together.
