Zillow Preview listings will start appearing on Realtor.com on Thursday as Realtor.com Preview Listings, the companies said, positioning the move as a bet on openness and broad listing visibility in a fragmenting housing market. Under the arrangement, Zillow’s premarket inventory will be syndicated to Realtor.com and labeled as Realtor.com Preview Listings. The companies first announced the syndication deal in May 2026.
