One of Australia’s most popular YouTubers has scored himself an incredible $10m beachside home.

Prominent Aussie gamer Lannan Neville Eacott aka Lazerbeam, who has made a name for himself alongside YouTube’s most popular content creator worldwide Mr Beast, is the proud owner of a supercool state-of-the-art home in the trendy beach suburb of Clovelly in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Lazerbeam is a regular traveller across Australia and the world so it’s not known how much time he spends in the five-bedroom home overlooking the Pacific Ocean and family-friendly Clovelly Beach.

However according to property records the home is not rented out so Eacott must use it as a regular residence.

LazarBeam, who boasts more than 22 million subscribers on YouTube, has owned the home since 2020, when he paid a then-suburb record of $9.9m.

That Clovelly home price record was surpassed in 2021 with a $13.5m sale in Victory St.

Eacott’s purchase mostly flew under the radar at the time of the buy.

But it has since risen to prominence this week after run down home next door was listed with a jawdropping price guide of $8m.

Eacott’s house has been used by valuers as a comparison as to what a new home built on the site could be worth.

The new home next door could become Clovelly’s most expensive,

Home values in Clovelly have risen by around 50 per cent since Eacott made his purchase, according to PropTrack.

“Channelling the spirit of Clovelly’s laid-back beach lifestyle, this contemporary oceanfront home has been crafted to take full advantage of panoramic ocean views that create a breathtaking backdrop to its inspiring interiors,” the marketing for Lazarbeam’s home read at the time.

“Spread over three levels and featuring a self-contained au pair suite, the five bedroom home simultaneously conveys both strength and sensitivity that creates a balancing act of earth, water and air.
