Aussie movie star Rebel Wilson is taking another swing to offload her Los Angeles “content house”.
And after struggling to find a buyer — this time she’s hoping a hefty price cut will entice someone to come forward with an offer.
The 44-year-old first put the home on the market in June for $6.16m (US$4.15m), but pulled the listing six weeks later after failing to get any significant interest in the five-bedroom property.

Now the “Pitch Perfect” star has put the for sale sign back up, relisting the home with an attractive 7 per cent, or $446k (US$300k) discount — at $5.7m (US$3.85m).
Wilson purchased the residence located near West Hollywood for $4.39m (US$2.95m) in 2016 — according to the Wall Street Journal — to use as an ‘office’ and to serve as a place where she could create social media content.
In the meantime, she’s reportedly ready to downsize and spend more time with her family, including fiancee Ramona Agruma and their child, in Hollywood Hills.
Since she purchased the home eight years ago, Wilson’s life has taken a complete change of pace.
The star came out as queer and introduced the world to her partner, Agruma, then she then revealed months later that she had welcomed her first child, a daughter, via a surrogate.
Now, she’s chosen to walking away from her stunning Los Angeles home.
The home’s interior includes tall ceilings, multiple fireplaces, and a large chef’s kitchen with luxe appliances that opens to the main living space.

There’s also a huge island for prepping and serving, as well as space for a dining table and a breakfast nook. The first-floor living space opens to the rear yard and a covered patio by the pool.
In the main bedroom there is a private balcony, along with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a beautiful bathroom with a deep tub, chandelier, double sinks, and a large shower.
Among the other amenities are a home office, a custom exercise space, and a media room. A spa comes with the sparkling pool — and privacy hedges surround the verdant yard.
Wilson got started in acting in her native country by appearing on several TV shows.
She later had a small but memorable role in the 2011 smash hit “Bridesmaids,” playing the quirky roommate of Kristen Wiig‘s character.
However, she’s best known for her role as “Fat Amy” in the “Pitch Perfect” movie franchise, which skyrocketed her to global fame.
More recently, she’s appeared in “The Almond and the Seahorse” and “Senior Year” films and has even released a memoir in early 2024, where she opened up about a wide variety of very personal topics.
