Who’s running Real REMAX? The new leadership team takes shape

The leadership team for the newly formed Real REMAX Group has taken shape. While much pomp has accompanied the appointments of Jenna Rozenblat as the president Real REMAX Group and Alex Vidal’s new role as president of REMAX, replacing Chris Lim who was appointed REMAX president in February of this year, the rest of the c-suite team was quietly named in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) late last month. In addition to Tamir Poleg, the CEO of Real Brokerage who will continue on as CEO of Real REMAX Group, and Rozenblat, the rest of the leadership team will include Real executives CFO Ravi Jani, CTO Pritesh Damani, vice president, chief legal officer and secretary Alix Lumpkin, REMAX executive Abigail Lee, as chief marketing officer and Amy Somerville, formerly with SUCCESS Enterprises as chief operating officer. Jani comes from the Real Brokerage side of the merger. He joined Real in 2023 as vice president of investor relations and financial planning and analysis.
