The ACT’s result compares with the average national completion rate of 26%. The latest figures are based on dwelling completions to the March quarter of 2026, when 35% of the Accord period had elapsed. Victoria is the next-best performer, having completed 32% of its target, followed by Western Australia at 29%, South Australia at 28%, Queensland at 24%, New South Wales at 21%, Tasmania at 16% and the Northern Territory at 9%.
