The Melbourne house trashed during Australia’s most infamous teenage party has quietly surged in value to nearly $1 million. Located in Narre Warren South, the four-bedroom property made national headlines in January 2008. A 16-year-old Corey Worthington threw a wild house party while his parents were away in Queensland. The then-teenager posted on MySpace and MSN: “Parents away, tell your mates, you don’t want to miss it, [it’s] gonna be huge.” About 500 teenagers attended the gathering, forcing police helicopters and dog squads to intervene after partygoers pelted cars with bottles and damaged the home, which was later repaired.
