The pair had bought the tri-level five-bedroom residence at 13 Queens Ave, described as a “masterpiece” at the time, for $39m in 2023 but split the following year. It was on the market with hopes of $50m last March. but has now been listed by Ray White Double Bay’s Elliott Placks and Ashley Bierman and it’s expected to have a guide in the mid-$40m range.
