The house was originally designed by Darwin architect Hully Liveris, with an extension and renovation carried out by Overlander Homes. The owner said she bought the property in 2022 after she and her family fell in love with the “striking” tropical abode. “It was unlike anything that I’d seen before in Darwin,” she said. “It’s green and private and in an amazing location. “The house is quite unassuming from the front, but when you go inside and it just opens up.” MORE NEWS: Boomers ‘must sell’ to ease housing pressures ‘Great opportunities’: Darwin’s commercial property market picks up Come all ye faithful buyers: Xmas lights house hits market The home has a distinct tropical vibe.
