The Bellevue Hill apartment of late fashion icon Maggie Tabberer has been settled at $4.175m, with the buyers emerging as the Mitchell family from the Yarraman Park Stud at Scone. One of 12 residences in the Bellair complex on the edge of the Bellevue Rd village, it had been pulled from November 2025 auction. The spacious apartment sold in February on extended settlement terms through Michael Pallier at Sydney Sotheby’s International. It is set to be a rental, as was the neighbouring three-bedroom apartment that was offered at $1885 a week. Tabberer, who died in December 2024, bought the three-bedroom, two-bathroom abode for $2.05m on its 2014 completion. It was after she sold her Sydney Rd, Randwick, home for $2.41m.
