Torquay ‘treehouse’ with private wellness space selling for $4.1m+

A grown-up treehouse with a private wellness space to rival many luxury hotels has hit the market for upwards of $4.1m in Torquay. It took more than 150 trucks of concrete to construct the striking tri-level curved home with a 50m frontage to Deep Creek Reserve. Musician Alicia Keys’ famous concrete Razor House in California was one of the inspirations behind the private sanctuary of beauty entrepreneur Prue Dimond and her young family. She hosted her 39th birthday party in the space, treating 10 friends to an ice bath and sauna session. Ms Dimond said it was the feature she was initially most excited about when the epic build at 10a Haven Court, Torquay, was completed in 2024.
