A luxury residential golf community spearheaded by golf legend Tiger Woods is opening this fall outside of Fort Worth, TX.Bluejack Ranch is the 914-acre followup to Bluejack National, a highly-rated resort-style community and private club three hours away in Montgomery, which is the first Tiger Woods-designed golf course in the country.Eventually, the new $2.5 billion Bluejack Ranch community will have 500 custom and semi-custom homes, ranging from 1,282 square foot, 2-bedroom casitas to estate homes on one-half to one-acre sites with a minimum of 4,000 square feet. There's also the occasional sprawling mansions, at 19,000-plus square feet, which can run into the tens of millions.Prices start at $775,000 for half-acre lots on which to build and residential products start at $1M, with an average home costing between $2 million and $4 million.
