According to DSR Data, SA’s highest discounted markets span the entire metropolitan area, with Penfield land the most discounted. Sellers here have had to drop their prices by 5.6 per cent to get the job done. North Adelaide units were the next most heavily discounted at 3.3 per cent, while Evanston Gardens sellers dropped their price by 2.1 per cent on average to get a sale. Mount Barker land sellers discounted their properties by 1.1 per cent, while Prospect unit sellers cut their prices by 0.5 per cent.
