“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Eva Marcille is reportedly facing legal action from the homeowners association of her Alpharetta, GA, home.According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the HOA is seeking past assessments and fines totaling more than $22,000 from the actress and model, claiming she has violated maintenance standards.Allegedly, the violations include failure to address landscaping issues such as treating weeds and mowing the lawn, as well as the removal of “inoperable cars from the driveway” and trash cans from public view.Marcille’s lawyer and reconciled ex-husband, Michael T.
