Dave: This has been an insane week in the bond market and subsequently in the housing market, we have seen bond yields rise to the highest they’ve been in over 20 years. And if you listen to this show, you know that has direct implications on mortgage rates and on the housing market. And so today I have Kathy and James here. And although we were supposed to do our traditional headline story, we got to talk about what is going on in the bond market, what it means.
