Adelaide’s most popular streets have been revealed. A quiet street in an affluent, leafy Adelaide suburb is one of the country’s most popular, new data reveals. Latest realestate.com.au figures show homes on Wootoona Tce in St Georges were among the most sought after in Australia, with those listed for sale attracting 12,200 average views per listing in the year to August. It just made it onto the top 10 list of Australia’s most popular streets, with WA’s Shady Hills View at Bullsbrook claiming the number-one spot. However, it was the clear winner in Adelaide. The St Georges property at 21 Wootoona Tce sold in October last year for $2.65m. Another on the street at No. 3 sold for an undisclosed price in March 2025. The streets with the second-highest average views per listing across the metropolitan area were Ackland Hill Rd at Coromandel East and Piccadilly Rd at Crafers, both with 10,600 each. Semaphore’s South Tce and Somerton Park’s Whyte St rounded out the top five. Klemich Real Estate managing director Matt Smith said it wasn’t surprising Wootoona Tce was so popular.
