Nino and Tina Niceforo, owners of Niceforo Farms and BlueHole Steakhouse, bought the sprawling residence at 94 East Point Rd, Fannie Bay, from Territory businessman John ‘Foxy’ Robinson, with the transaction going unconditional on October 23. The $10m price tag broke the previous NT residential sales record of $8.5m, set in 2022 by the sale of the home and four granny flats at 108 East Point Rd. The recent sale also smashed the Territory’s single-dwelling sales record, set in 2013 by the $6.5m sale of 6 Emery Ct, Larrakeyah.
