Texas A&M Fans Splash Out $1M+ To Buy Tailgating Suites in Private Complex

Texas A&M football fanatics can now buy their own luxury suites designed specifically for game day, priced as high as $1.23 million and offering a personalized tailgating experience.Gameday Suites Aggieland, a development of 50 private suites under construction, currently has two offerings: two-level Legacy Club and Champions Club Suites with private backyards, with prices starting at $615,000. Every unit is 1,876 square feet; however, doubles can be bought with no wall.Located 3 miles from where the university's Aggies football team plays at Kyle Field, the suites are delivered as "white warm shells" meaning they are prepped with utilities, HVAC, water and sewage lines, fiber networks, and sheet rock.But the rest is up to the buyer. The developer, Gameday Development, has partnered with five firms who can finish out the interiors to the owner's specifications.
