World champion surfer Joel Parkinson is selling his sprawling beachfront apartment overlooking one of Australia’s most famous surf breaks, as a blockbuster $7.4m deal in the same building resets the benchmark for Rainbow Bay. Parkinson and his wife, Monica, bought the five-bedroom sub-penthouse on level 10 of Flow Residences off-the-plan in 2020 for $6.84m.
