Strong start for one of Brisbane’s biggest new housing communities

The first homes at one of Brisbane’s largest masterplanned communities are breaking ground as Frasers Property Australia continues to transform The Quarry, 9.5km northwest of the Brisbane CBD.

The Quarry has reported a strong start to the year with release one’s 29 lots now sold out and 85 per cent of the 20 land lots in release two secured, including a new record sale price for vacant land at Keperra.

The third land release, featuring the most elevated blocks so far, launched in April and is already 50 per cent sold.

Brisbane local Sam Campbell and his partner will upsize from their Ashgrove apartment, after securing a 542sq m lot for $950,000 at The Quarry, with plans to build a home styled by an interior designer.

Stylemaster Homes will have two display homes on show at The Quarry, Keperra.


“We are building a five-bedroom home with an L-shaped design which takes advantage of the elevated aspect and views,” he said.

“The master suite is positioned at the northern corner of the property with views right up towards the Sunshine Coast.

“The vibe we’re going for is contemporary, so there will be some curved edges and different textures like a mixture of stone and timber cladding.

Following a sold out first release, 85 per cent of the 20 land lots in release two are secured while 50 per cent of the third release is also already sold.


“The design elements of The Quarry and the stone featured around the development are consistent with our own home design vision. We are keen to start building right away.”

Frasers Property Australia’s general manager development Queensland, Scott Ullman, said a diverse mix of home buyers had been drawn to the community’s elevated lots with breathtaking vistas and various orientations, as well as the popular addition of private pools.
