An award-winning winemaker who splashed $11m on a grand Arts and Crafts-designed home at St Georges will build an entertainment precinct on the property to woo international importers. Seppeltsfield Wines executive chairman and proprietor Warren Randall said the precinct, to be built at his new home Castlemaine, at 15 Wootoona Terrace, will include a viewing space from which visitors can look out over the city skyline. The precinct will also comprise a large underground garage to house some of Mr Randall’s 90-odd collection of cars, which have a reported value of about $18m.
