The woolly lawnmower is part of the deal for the more than 4000sq m block at 16 Currajong Ave, Selby, and according to the owners – a bit of a character who will stare adoringly at you in the hopes of some crumbled Wheat Bix, as well as being a huge time saver. It’s one of 582 Melbourne homes going to auction this weekend after the city’s clearance rate came in above 50 per cent, at 52.5 per cent, for the fourth straight week last week following a protracted run at less than half succeeding in June and July, according to REA Group data.
