Looking to sell your home this spring? Well, depending on where you live, you might be in luck as new realestate.com.au data shows the Adelaide locations buyers are desperately trying to get into. The data highlights the suburbs that have seen the greatest increase in inquiries per listing over the past 12 months. And it’s good news for Vista residents looking to sell this spring, with inquiries for houses here up 110 per cent on this time last year. Echunga houses have also experienced a 75 per cent increase in inquiries per listing, ahead of Kilkenny at 67 per cent, Hawthorn at 59 per cent and Leabrook at 57 per cent.
