Renovation technology firm Revive has introduced new tools and features for its artificial intelligence (AI) platform, Revive AI.
Leaders said enhancements are designed to give real estate professionals greater visibility into client activity, as well as more control over branding and outreach.
The platform — formerly known as Revive Vision AI — will see updates including branded lead capture forms, customizable email outreach, a new “Engaged Leads” dashboard, enhanced property comparison tools and interactive map views.
“We’re building Revive AI to help agents grow their business faster, smarter, and more authentically,” said Mansoor Bahramand, chief technology officer at Revive. “Agents remain at the center of every transaction, empowered by new AI tools that are not only ‘wowing’ homeowners and giving them insight into what’s possible if they sell their home, but also AI tools that are branded entirely around them.”
The Engaged Leads dashboard gives agents detailed insight into homeowner interactions — showing who has opened, clicked or downloaded Revive AI reports.
Features track whether a lead originated from a QR code at an open house or from an agent’s outreach campaign — displaying engagement details such as the homeowner’s name, address and contact information.
“This is a game-changer for agents who want to prioritize follow-up based on interest,” said Dalip Jaggi, Revive’s chief operating officer and co-founder. “It’s fusing their clients’ intentions and behavior to provide the right support for them at the right time.”
Revive AI also introduced white-labeled intake pages and automated homeowner emails that display each agent’s name and branding.
Leaders said this ensures that homeowners see their agent — not Revive — as their main point of contact.
Agents can download open house PDFs with QR codes that link to their personalized lead capture pages.
The platform’s comparables dashboard has been redesigned to allow agents to visualize property data, adjust or add comparable listings and better assess pricing and renovation potential.
Revive’s AI engine uses computer vision to analyze listing photos and estimate after-renovation value based on similar homes.
