REMAX adds Missoula affiliate with REMAX Confluence

REMAX is welcoming a new affiliate in Missoula, Montana, joining the REMAX network as REMAX Confluence. The franchise is joining with an initial roster of nine agents and a stated focus on agent development and a relationship-driven culture, the company announced on Wednesday. The brokerage is led by broker-owner DJ Smith, who is returning to the REMAX brand where he started his real estate career in 2014 in Missoula, according to the announcement. Over the past decade, Smith has worked as a managing broker, helped grow market share for one of Montana’s largest brokerages and held leadership roles at the local and state Realtor association levels, including serving as president of the Montana Association of Realtors in 2024.
