Alessio Sanfilippo has been named CEO of Redfin, moving to the Rocket Companies subsidiary from Meta, where he was vice president of insights for Reality Labs, the company announced Monday. His appointment is effective immediately. Sanfilippo brings more than 20 years of experience in product, data, analytics and technology roles across large consumer and enterprise platforms. At Meta’s Reality Labs, he led global teams and helped build and grow the market for AI-enabled wearable glasses. Before joining Meta, Sanfilippo led data and analytics at Intuit, applying AI and machine learning across products including TurboTax and QuickBooks, and also held leadership roles at SAP, GoSeek, Hotwire and United Airlines. Following Redfin’s acquisition by Rocket Companies, longtime CEO Glenn Kelman stepped down in January 2026. In June, Kelman, a key figure in tech-enabled real estate brokerage, joined venture firm Greylock Partners as an executive in residence.
