The Central Coast has a new home price record for this stunning location. There’s been a record price paid for a non-oceanfront home at Copacabana, on the NSW Central Coast. The $5.3m deal, through Andrew Thomson and Samantha Washington of Stone Property, was for a house on the non-beachfront side of the main Del Monte Place strip.
