Hollywood actor-director Rebel Wilson has listed the Birchgrove cottage that she gives as her Sydney place of residence. After the sale of the last of her five known Sydney properties, it is unclear where she and wife Ramona Agruma and their daughter Royce will stay on their next trip back home. The cottage is being marketed by CobdenHayson, with Wilson again turning to her estate agent sister, Anna Wilson, to handle its marketing. Its purchase was speculated as a home for her mother, Sue Bownds, who continues to own elsewhere at Birchgrove.
