Brisbane radio host Abby Coleman has sold her much-loved family home for more than four times what she paid for the property a decade ago. After agonising over whether to sell or hold on to the Carina Heights home amid changing conditions in Brisbane’s housing market, Coleman and her husband, Scott Burdon, took the plunge — and it paid off, with the couple securing $2.43m for the property. Selling agent Mikaela Crone, of Place Bulimba, said the property attracted strong interest from the moment it hit the market, with more than 50 groups inspecting it during the campaign.
