The median price for a patch of dirt in the Sunshine State’s southeast corner jumped 2.4 per cent in the June quarter, pushing annual land price growth to a nation-leading 22.7 per cent. Buyers also stormed back into sales offices, driving quarterly lot transactions up 21.1 per cent to 1,117 lots, a huge 26.8 per cent leap compared to the same time last year.
