Brisbane’s inner-city apartment model has been challenged with the unveiling of EOS, a 30-storey Newstead tower built around wellness, work and social connection. Plus Studio has unveiled designs for EOS – a 30-storey residential tower in Newstead designed through an integrated approach to residential, wellness and social spaces. The project is set to include 161 two and three-bedroom apartments that will replaced sit two vacant low-rise commercial buildings on the Doggett St site.
