The owners of 67 Drummond St, Carlton, paid $6.5m for the lavish terrace, now back on the market with $5.7m-$6.25m hopes. One of Carlton’s most extravagant terraces has returned to market with a price guide starting $800,000 below what its owners paid. The four-bedroom house at 67 Drummond St is listed with Whitefox Northside for $5.7m-$6.25m, with managing director Dylan Francis saying the current owners bought it for $6.5m.
