The property at 2 Scott St, Fannie Bay, sold last week with property records showing it was the most expensive residential transaction of the year so far. Selling agent Nick Scaturchio of Pacific Property Darwin said the home, which sits on the corner of East Point Rd and Scott St, was snapped up by a local family before it could hit the market. “We put a ‘coming soon’ sign up on East Point Rd and had a few inquiries, including one in particular from this local family who absolutely loved the house,” he said. “They’re now owner occupiers.” 2 Scott St, Fannie Bay, before renovations.
