OneKey MLS CEO: ‘MLS can’t take its value for granted’

For Richard Haggerty, the value of an MLS isn’t just about the data — it’s about flexibility and choice that data can provide. The OneKey MLS CEO, who took the position in January 2023 after more than four decades in organized real estate, is focused on giving his 42,000 subscriber agents across Long Island, New York City’s five boroughs and the Hudson Valley the tools they need to work smarter. OneKey recently made Ocusell’s listing management technology available to its agents, giving them access to assisted remarks, automated field population and streamlined photo management.
