Grant and Sharlene Hackett have sold their Brighton block of land, but it has gone at a loss compared to what they paid for it. Grant Hackett has sold the Brighton site of his planned dream home in what will be a loss-making sale for the Olympian — but will free him up for a $13.425m Toorak move.
