One South Australian real estate agency has two massive reasons to smile – it has just been named the best agency for both sales and property management in the nation at a national awards ceremony.
OC Real Estate – formerly Ouwens Casserly Real Estate – was crowned both Residential Agency of the Year and Property Management Team of the year at the recent Realestate.com.au Excellence Awards.

The agency won two of the eight awards presented on the night, and was the only SA agency to bring home a trophy.
OC co-founder and executive director Alex Ouwens said to be recognised nationally in both categories was incredibly special for their entire team.
“Over the past year we have taken big steps as a business,” he said.
“We refined our brand, strengthened our systems and, most importantly, invested in our people.
