Picture: Supplied Cunjevoi Crescent in Nightcliff has been crowned Darwin’s most popular street with homebuyers and real estate stickybeaks, raking in the most views per sales listing in the region. Exclusive data from realestate.com.au revealed Greater Darwin’s 10 most popular streets, with Cunjevoi Cres averaging 9400 views per listing in the 12 months to August. This was followed by East Point Rd, Fannie Bay, at 6200 average views per listing (AVPL) and Thomas Rd, Humpty Doo, with 5300 AVPL. Next were Legune Ave, Leanyer (5200 AVPL) and Gulnare Rd, Bees Creek (5000 AVPL). Rounding out top 10 were Bronzewing Ave, Howard Springs (4900 AVPL), Paspaley Pl, Cullen Bay (4300 AVPL) and Haultain Cres, Durack, Follington St, Zuccoli and Tipperary Ct, Stuart Park, all with 3800 AVPL.
