Mother and daughter Eva Biro and Chanel Villegas-Biro didn’t know they wanted a multigenerational home until they found one in Zuccoli. Now, it’s hard for them to imagine living apart again. Ms Biro said she planned to move into her daughter’s suburb while living in a separate home, before the two found the five-bedroom property at 31 Ghostgum Cres. The family has now placed the home up for sale, but they have no plans on splitting up; becoming one of many Aussie families adopting the multigenerational lifestyle. The five-bedroom house at 31 Ghostgum Cres, Zuccoli, is a single-level home built for dual living – and the family who are selling it don’t want to go back to their old lifestyle. “I bought the house to live with my daughter, my son-in-law and my granddaughter,” Ms Biro said. “That distance really makes a big difference to growing up with grandkids and kids.” Resting on a 550 sqm block of land, the single-level property was built in 2023 for a contemporary family lifestyle.
